He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Plunkett and Eleanor O'Brien Staples. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Stoltz Plunkett; his sons, Robbie Plunkett and Jay Plunkett (Kinsey); his granddaughters, Caroline Plunkett, Vivienne Plunkett and Oakley Plunkett; his siblings, Teresa Stark, Lawrence Plunkett and Susan Hunter; and his cousin Pamela Sapp.
