She is survived by: her mother Willie Boothe (Pinnacle); her brother Michael Boothe (Dewey Maynard); her son Jordan Smith (King); her stepdaughters, Gabby Hawley (Landis) and Mariah Maynard (King); her nieces, Stephanie Bowden (Pinnacle) and Allison Boothe (Pinnacle); her great-niece Paislee; and her son Stan Smith.
