He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Verlon Folmar and Eunice Johnson Folmar. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Wayne Jr., Barrett Lance Folmar and Kelley Christine Folmar; his granddaughter Madelyn Blair Folmar; and his siblings, Jerome Folmar, Charlotte Watson and Mona Ewest.
