She is survived by: her son Chad Johnson (Amanda); her grandchildren, Caleb, Taylar and Kirsten (Kiki); her great grandchildren, Kennadi and Ava; her child Lewisville; her brother Greg Webb; and her pet Domino. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or to the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.
