He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Cooper Luloff and Harriette Ann Luloff; his children, Craig Luloff, Terry Luloff and Debra Luloff; and his sister Lawana.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Sue Luloff; his sister Jackie Davis (Don); his sister-in-law Tawny Hengl (Craig); and his children, Darrell Luloff (Angela), Rebecca Westlund (Dean), Tresa Luloff Zaragoza (Juan), Michael Pinckney (Jodie), Jeff Pinckney (Christy), Chad Pinckney (Sarah), Jason Luloff, Nik Luloff and Thomas Luloff. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
