He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Prysiazniuk and Mary Prysiazniuk; his wife Dorothy Babela; and his siblings, Andrew "Andy" Prysiazniuk, Marion Sprincz and Johnny "Snuffy".
He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Butler; his son-in-law Mark Butler of Huntersville; his son Samson Prysiazniuk Jr.; his daughter-in-law Kristina Kapp Prysiazniuk of Mocksville; his pet Suzy; and his grandchildren, Alex, Rachel Butler of Huntersville, Logan and Parker Prysiazniuk of Mocksville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions, a "celebration of life" will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, Samson's family requests donations be made to the Davie County Humane Society in his honor.
