With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosemary Showalter Carter (Advance, North Carolina), who passed away on November 27, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Aletha Lucas Showalter and George Wallace Showalter; her husband Joe Frank Carter; and her son Hix Casey Carter. She is survived by: her son Max Lee Carter (Jane Myers); her grandchildren, Kristi Carter, Danny Carter, Jones Myers, Tiffany Caudle and Alanna Jacome; and her brother George Wallace Showalter. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Southfork Church of Christ, South Stokes Church of Christ, or Jerico Church of Christ.
