He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Lee Knight and Laura "Edna" Grubbs Knight; his son Ronnie Lee Knight; and his sister-in-law Juanita Knight. He is survived by: his wife Geraline Pettit Knight; his children, Robert Knight and Pam Knight Rumburg (David); his grandchildren, Jackson Rumburg and Victoria "Tori" Rumburg; his brother Ray Knight; his nephew Johnny Knight (Patrice); and his niece Janice Fulk (Mike).
