He is survived by: his wife Jean Webb; his children, Robert Leon Webb, Jr. (Aydee), Wes Roten, Kim Pardue (Michael) and Michelle Ancell; his grandchildren, Madilyn Pardue, Carly Pardue, Dalton Roten, Cailey Roten, Penelope Roten, Candice Goins and Braden Ancell; and his great grandchildren, Natalie Goins, Greyson Goins and Gavin Goins.
