He is survived by: his children, Brandon Foster (Natasha), Dustin Foster and Tiffany Cogar (Zachary); his grandchildren, Zachary Cogar, Jr. and Adalynn Cogar; and his brother William Eugene Foster (Barbara). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and friends.
