He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jones and Roberta Jones. He is survived by: his wife Faye Jones; his daughter Jennifer Wrights (Kermit) of Clemmons; his grandson Logan Wrights of Clemmons; his close friends, Bob, Karen Lay of Verona, WI, Dean and Sharon Vang of Mesa, AZ; and his cousin Barb Jones.

Memorial contributions can be made to Kate B Reynolds Hospice Home (Trellis Supportive Care Foundation) or Cancer Services of Winston Salem.
