It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Bailey (Advance, North Carolina), born in South Bend, Indiana, who passed away on September 10, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Bailey and Francis Bailey; his son Eddie Bailey; and his brother Bob Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Bailey; his children, Beth Bailey, Duane Bailey, Jeanine Kinnaman (Jeff) and Rhonda Tuttle; his grandchildren, Brandon Crocker, Cyndi Tuttle-Banks (Sam), Renee Kuttler, Tiffany Austin (Justin), Austin Tuttle, Colby Tuttle (Shelby), Taylor Kinnaman (Brittany), Alex Jordan, Donte Monts and Alex Monts; and his sister-in-law Norma Bailey. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
