She was predeceased by: her father Harvey Stickelman; and her husband James Powell Cook. She is survived by: her sons, Dale Cook (Kathy) of Winston-Salem, NC and James H. Cook of Honolulu, HI; her grandchildren, Wesley Cook (Amanda) and Emily Cook Smith (Wesley); her son Andrew Cook; and her great grandchildren, Ella Smith and Camden Cook.
