Knecht, Sr. and Doris Thomas Knecht; his wife Katherine Gebb Knecht; his sister Susan Mason; his nieces, Jessica Kanora and Meredith Martini; his brother-in-law A. L. Gebb; his grandfather Norm; his grandchildren, Tan (Lina), Mica, John and Jonah; and also, Yin and Ndum Bunjang.
