He is survived by: his grandsons, Carter Phillips, Leo Dienes and Roman Dienes; his mother Catherine Duffy; his stepfather James Duffy; his siblings, Suzanne Simpson-Vogler (Fred) and Phillip Berrier; his stepmother Jean Berrier; and his stepsisters, Ann Harrington, Karen Reisburg and Linda Duffy. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews; along with an extended family.
