She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Phelps and Addie Beauchamp Phelps. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Bailey; her daughters, Sue Johnson (Henry) of Advance and Jan Bailey of Advance; and her sister Susie Anderson of Clemmons. She is also survived by three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
