It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Maxine Dowell (Advance, North Carolina), who passed away on July 7, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sisters, Nita Bullard of Kinston, Bonnie Paschal of Clemmons and Brenda Hutchins (Bo); and her nieces and nephews, Stephanie Autry, George Autry, Beth Hutchins, Robert Saylor, Tanya Saylor, Gayla Vermillion, Tom Vermillion, Brook Dowell, Baily, John, Ashlee, Hayley, Hannah, Thomas, Alli and Jaxton.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
