She was predeceased by: her parents, Tony A. Manthey and Mary Manthey; her husband Robert Archer (Bob); her daughter Janet L Atwood Marilyn; and her sisters, Genevieve Tomscha of Madison, SD and Pauline Popek (Paula) of Downers Grove, IL..

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tyler Archer Atwood and Lindsey Gray Atwood; her great grandchildren, Skylar Atwood, Tobin Atwood and Grayson Lambert; and her siblings, Dr Robert A Manthey (Bob) of Lincoln, NE, Carolyn Bowers of LaGrange Park, IL and Patricia Anawski (Pat) of Sioux Falls, SD. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A Mass was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church (1730 Link Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27103). A burial was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at the Parklawn Memorial Park (2730 Peters Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27127).
