She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roy Felts and Ethel Webb Felts; her grandmother Christian; her children, Billy Shaw, Butch Shaw, Bobby Hall (Michele), Kelly Mullins (Jim Mullins, Jr.) and Julie Luffman (Bobby); her brother Charles Felts (Bobbie); her children, Tommy Shaw, Bruce Shaw and Frances Hicks; and her siblings, Homer Felts, Warren Felts and Ruth Reece. She was also cherished by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
