She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Boone and Cassie Boone; her husband Dewey William Collins; and her sons, Rexford Collins and Ted Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Louise Alexander (Larry), Dr. Bobby Collins (Docia), Ann Spinks (Jerry), Kay Jaffe, Wayne Collins (Pat), Tommy Collins (Kay) and Joe Collins. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
