She was predeceased by: her parents, Mishael Augustus and Winnie Mae Grubb Pennell; her husband Herbert Cheek; her children, Lawrence Thomas Ingram, Dale Lee Ingram and Sharon Lee Ingram; her brothers, George, Reuben, Lynn, Jack and Jay; her half-siblings, Charlie, Oyde, Tressie and Daisy; and her grandson Tommy Ingram.
She is survived by: her son Bruce Ingram (Tammy L.); her sisters, Alvania Starnes and Elsie Bentley (Larry); her grandchildren, Adam Ingram, Crystal Harrell, Stephanie Rayoum and Lauren Ma; and her caregiver Doris Sullivan. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
