She is survived by: her significant other Scott Neeley of Winston-Salem; her mother Betty Sue Bovender Fulton of Clemmons; her siblings, Steve Miguel Fulton of King and Melissa Lee Fulton Penland of Clemmons; her niece Heather Penland (Neil Whicker); and her friend Angela Moser (Nancy Gaston).
