Margarita Floros Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margarita Floros (Advance, North Carolina), who passed away on January 29, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Athanasios Mourounas and Paraskevi Mourounas; her siblings, George Mourounas, Frances Kanos of Florence, SC and Georgia Paliouras of Greece; and her son-in-law John Paul Gallins.
She is survived by: her husband Gus J. Floros (Konstandinos); her daughter Maria Gallins (Marika); her grandchildren, Paul John Gallins and Constantina Frangakis (Deno); her great grandchildren, Thomas and John; and her sister-in-law Helen Mourounas of Florence, SC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 435 Keating Dr., Winston-Salem, NC 27104.
