She was predeceased by: her parents, William Joseph Murphy and Julia T. Murphy; and her brother William J. Murphy, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Thomas L. Ehlers, Jr.; her children, Thomas L. Ehlers, III and Kelly Ehlers Suggs (C. Jared Suggs); her grandchildren, Kaitlin Ehlers-Volpe and Camden Suggs; her sister Janet Flaherty; and her sister-in-law Patricia Murphy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
