She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Pike and Ola Carter; her husband Harry P. Cooke; and also Vernon. She is survived by: her sister Ruth "Corkey" Mathis; her children, Brenda Bovender of Kernersville, NC, Randy Cooke (Karen) of Midway, NC and Bruce Cooke (Sharon) of Advance, NC.; her grandchildren, Kristen, Meghan, Brandon and Carter; and her cousin Jean Goforth.
