She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Wheeling and Zona Wheeling; her husband James Clark Fulton; and her siblings, Ray, Don, Benny Wheeling, Mary Wade, Katherine Ebert and Margie Wheeling.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ruth Martin, Jane Iman, Tommy and Scott Wheeling; her children, Cindy Shumate (David), Jeff Fulton and Gretchen Fulton; her grandchildren, Zach, Noah Fulton, Justin and Allison Shumate; and her great grandchildren, Haylee, Lucas and Harper.
With social distancing observed and mask requested, an 11:00 AM service will be held Tuesday, September 1, 2020 at Mt. Gur Cemetery Gazebo.
