He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie O. Weatherman and Harriet Louisa Bennett Weatherman; and his wife Dorothy Mae Hiler Weatherman. He is survived by: his children, Diana Ernest of Winston-Salem and David Weatherman (Patricia) of Albuquerque, NM; his grandchildren, Carl Weatherman, Samantha Beck, Rachel Saunders (Chris) and Ryan Ernest (Madison); and his great grandchildren, Jonathan, Christian and Amber.
