He was predeceased by: his sisters, Eva, Bertha and Aileen. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Livengood Howard; his children, John Howard (Cindy) and Judy Howard; his stepsons, Rusty Livengood and John Livengood (Cari); his grandchildren, Ashley Van Steen, Megan Van Steen, Jill Loftis (Brad), Garrett Livengood (Emily), McKenzie Livengood, Hunter Livengood and Ben Livengood; and his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Reese, Jessie Kreis (Steve) and Jayme Beck.
