She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Arthur Foster and Phoebe Reagan Foster; her husband James Lewis Scarborough; her son James L. Scarborough, Jr.; and her brother John Marvin Foster.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra A. Harris (Timothy) and Nancy E. Scarborough-Black (Keith); her grandchildren, Timothy J. Harris, Gregory P. Harris, Heather M. Black, Jordan B. Black, Katherine G. Black and Reid A. Black; and her great grandchildren, Devin J. Harris, Kendra L. Harris, Micah R. Harris and Jackson L. Harris.
