She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Hobert Tuttle and Clarice Doub Tuttle; and her siblings, N. H. Tuttle, Jr., Kenneth Tuttle, Billy Tuttle, Johnny Tuttle, Mildred Smith, Rebecca Joyce and Betty Weber.
She is survived by: her husband James William Bell; her sons, Wayne Bell (Phyllis) and Randy Bell; her sister Barbara Westmoreland; her grandchildren, Josh Bell (Erin) and Jamie Price (Wesley); her great grandchildren, Novalee, James, Evey, Jolene and Judah; her sister-in-law Fay Stewart; and her niece Amy Jo Westmoreland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
