She was predeceased by: her parent Kenneth Eugene Ellison; and her grandmother Mary Francis Roark. She is survived by: her mother Rose Marie of Advance, NC; her stepfather Larry Shrewsbury of Advance, NC; her daughter Cassey Marie Dawn Bolen of West Virginia; her sisters, Crystal Edwards (Todd) of Advance, NC, Bessie Shrewsbury of Yadkin County, NC and Bonnie Jean Alexander (Steven); her aunt Ann Goad; and her uncle Freddie Goad. She is also survived by two nieces, three nephews.
