He was predeceased by: his sister Frances Cox. He is survived by: his wife Gloria W. Shelton; his children, Cindy Collins (Brad) and Brian Shelton (Lisa); and his siblings, Doris Rogers, Myrtle Wagoner, Joy Willard and Eddie Shelton (Pat). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
