He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilda Tate and Wayne Anderson West; his friend Ruby Hogue West; his children, Cindy Mills (Ken) and Jeff West (Juli); his grandchildren, Jake Mills (Abby), Jason Mills, Hank West and Margaux West; his sister Nancy Rowell (Steve); and his nephew Homer Craig.
