She is survived by: her brother Phillip Smith (Sharon); her nephew Phil Smith Jr.; her niece Jill Smith Ogburn (Jeff); and her caregiver Betty Rogers. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews, as well as great-great nieces and nephews.
