She is survived by: her husband Arthur F. Fowler, III of Erwin, NC; her children, Anne Gilliam (Mike) of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Betsy Hodnett (Dan) of Winston-Salem and Scott Fowler (Mary) of Advance; her grandchildren, Jennifer Gilliam, Cameron, Julia Idol, Grace and Alex Fowler; and her goddaughter Betsy Betsacon. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Philadelphia Moravian Church, 4440 Country Club Rd., Winston-Salem, NC.
