She was predeceased by: her father Virgil Branson; and her siblings, Thurman, Robie, Wilburn, Luke, Herbert Eaton, Etta Brown, Maeola Walker, Agnes Bray and Arlene Westmoreland.
She is survived by: her husband Vernon O. Mickey; her sons, Christopher L. Mickey (Brenda), Michael Vernon Mickey (Robin) and Wayne Eaton Mickey (Linda); her grandchildren, Lauren Dudley (Jason), C. Lee Mickey (Kelli), B. Chase Mickey, Brenna G. Mickey, Evan M. Mickey (Anna), Tate A. Mickey (Alex) and Lucas J. Mickey (Kristen); and her great grandchildren, Lily Dudley, Addison Dudley, Jake Mickey, Seth Mickey and Annie Mae Mickey. She is also survived by great grandchild on the way, and many special nieces and nephews.
