He is survived by: his wife Eunice; his children, Lisa Anne Harlow of Harborton, VA and Neil of Arlington, TX; his grandchildren, Erin of Ohio, Michael of Pennsylvania, Preston, Payton and Parker of Texas; and his daughter Jeff.
