He is survived by: his wife Delilah Hartman Posey; his children, Christopher Posey, Scotty Posey (Sandy), Greg Posey (Lisa), Elesha Pettitt (Tony), Whitney Posey and Wesley Posey; his sister Linda Strickland (Jim); and his pets, Sam and Max. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kinderton Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (108 E Kinderton Way, Advance, NC 27006). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
