He is survived by: his children, Sherrill Winicker of Winston-Salem, Beth Baldwin (Ben) of Luray, VA, Curtis Calkins (Diane) of Mocksville, Doug Calkins of Galesburg, IL and Roberta Joanne Calkins of Quincy, IL; his stepsons, Brett Frakes of Madison, FL and Brandon Frakes (Roxanne) of Advance; and his brother Eli Calkins (Deanna) of Wataga, IL. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
