He was predeceased by: his father Billy Ray Watkins; his grandmother Maw A; his brothers, Albert "Smootie" Watkins and William "Billy" Watkins; and his niece Jennifer Watkins.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Watkins; his son Bradley Watkins (Kristi); his grandsons, Dylan Watkins (Taylor) and Caden Watkins; his great grandchildren, Kai Watkins and Leo Watkins; his sister Shirley Ann "Sis" Koontz (Joel); his niece Shannon Mann (Jason); and his great-niece Hailey Mann. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
