He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Nathaniel and Annie Sidden Hendrix; his siblings, Robert, Mary Hendrix, Joyce Barney, Vernie Hendrix, Elizabeth Long Fishel, Sarah Smith and Wade; and his sister-in-law Mildred Beauchamp.
He is survived by: his wife Maxine "Mac" Hendrix; his sisters, Lucy Carter and Annie Everheart; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Riley (Sandy) and Melvin Gregory (Wilma). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
