She was predeceased by: her grandson Shannon; her siblings, Clarence Allen, Edna Long, Ellen Sain and Elizabeth Teague; and her nephews, Steve Teague and Frankie Allen.
She is survived by: her son George Michael Smith (Kathy); her grandchildren, Shanda Sechrest (Jonathan), Shane Hartness and Blake Smith (Shirlena); and her great grandchildren, Cameron of Skylar, M. J., Jaxon, Lana, Lillie and Layla.
