She is survived by: her children, Howard Lamar Mathis, III (Darlene) of Duluth, GA, Jeff Mathis (Lory) of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Kennedy Mathis of Advance; and her siblings, Larry Scullin (Karen), Dennis Scullin (Mary), Pat Eggler, Michael Scullin (Marilyn), Richard Scullin (Mary), James Scullin (Kathy) and Thomas Scullin (Vicki). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
