He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Eli Bush and Annie Margaret Bush; and his sisters, Cathy and Angel. He is survived by: his wife Linda Bush; his children, Judy Pegram (Ritchie), Tim Bush (Vivian) and Melissa Willard (Tony); and his grandchildren, Brett, Mekayla, Salem, Madison, McKenzie, Ryan, Josie and Charlie.
