It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dayton Wolfe (Advance, North Carolina), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on November 26, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Wolfe and Sarah Clark Wolfe; and his wife Barbara VanVranken Wolfe. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Wolfe Goodman (Sally) of Emerald Isle, NC, Teresa Wolfe Plain (Terry) of Eagle, CO, Gregory Alexander Wolfe (Greg) of San Francisco, CA and Timothy William Wolfe (Tim) of Pittsburgh, PA.; and his pet Churchill. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren.
