He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Fulk and Ludie Fulk; his daughter Janet Hull; and his brother Norman Fulk. He is survived by: his wife Louise Allen Fulk; his daughters, Regina Fulk and Shannon Burgess (Ken); his grandchildren, Erica Murdock (Justin), Graham Burgess, Clay Burgess, Heath Burgess and Jude Burgess; his great grandchildren, Reece Christensen and Hunter Murdock; and his brother Clyde Fulk (Linda).
