He was predeceased by: his parents, James Marvin Simms and Daisy Gilbert Simms. He is survived by: his wife Judy Simms; his children, Kimberly Simms, Kari Stevens (John) and Ricky Mosley (Tracy); his grandchildren, Alyssia Love, Cody Stevens, Zack Stevens, Lauren Mosley and Tyler Mosley; and his great grandchild Paisley Stevens.
