He is survived by: his wife Nancy Tilley; his children, Deborah Lee, Ricky Lane, Chris Hinkle (Jeff) of Lewisville and Michael (Wendy) of Pfafftown; his grandchildren, Trey Phelps of Lewisville, Brooke Phillips (Dylan) and Logan James of Pfafftown; his great grandchildren, Payton Glenn and Willow Phillips; his siblings, Patsy Fulp (Jimmy) of Walnut Cove, Linda Mabe (Henry) of Walnut Cove, Judy Manual (James) of Germanton, Teresa Collins of Clemmons and Donald of Tobaccoville; and his caregivers, Janice Robertson, Deborah Evans and Deboraha Evans (Tee-Te). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Parkinson Disease Foundation or a Hospice organization of your choice.
