He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse H. Collins and Lila Cook Collins; and his wife Carol Chandler Collins. He is survived by: his children, Jason Dale Collins and Christy Robbins (Jason); his grandson Chandler Robbins; and his sisters, Sandra Francis and Vicki Pardon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
