He is survived by: his wife Della Kiger Hester Stephens; his stepson Brad Hester (Debbie); his stepgrandsons, Ryan and Jacob Hester; his son Tony Stephens (Christina); his grandsons, Jonathan and Christopher Stephens; his sister Carolyn Brown (Dexter); and his sister-in-law Louise Williams. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
